Chivo, designed by Hector Gatti of Omnibus-Type, is a free contemporary sans serif with broad capitals and a firm, economical build. Its strokes are mostly even, with subtle narrowing where curves meet upright forms. The lowercase is tall and compact.

Technology, architecture, and urban culture are especially good subjects for its direct geometry. It suits transit branding, exhibition posters, and editorial covers because the lettering feels orderly but not sterile. In those settings, Chivo can shape a practical brand identity for public-facing organizations that reads as engineered, current, and confident.
