The Slabbers by cablecomputer is a free Western retro display font with the lean geometry of vintage storefront lettering. Its extremely thin strokes run through tall, broad capitals, and the rounded curves have a squared-off, tubular shape. Long horizontal bars and open interiors keep the design spare and architectural.
Old roadside attractions and mid-century commercial graphics are its clearest territory, making it a good fit for bar branding, music posters, and period-themed event materials. On restaurant signage, the stretched letterforms can become part of the facade itself, echoing bent metal tubing rather than serving as ordinary text.
