MODERN hand fraktur by Manuel Viergutz is a free cartoon display font with thick, uneven lettering and a cheerfully unruly silhouette. Its blunt curves, pinched joins, and sudden changes in width make each letter look cut and nudged into place by hand, yet the repeated dark shapes keep the alphabet visually coherent.

It is especially convincing for children's book covers, where the lopsided forms can become part of the illustration rather than behave like ordinary titling. The same comic roughness suits snack packaging, music posters, and playful event graphics, linking those uses through lettering that feels physical, homemade, and slightly mischievous.
