Hello Seattle by Katelyn Heins is a free experimental sans serif with sharply varied stroke weights. Hairline forms sit beside broad, rounded letters, producing an intentionally uneven texture across a line. Tall proportions and open shapes keep the design crisp despite those abrupt changes.
Its contemporary art-school character suits magazine covers and music posters, where the shifting weight can become part of the image. Fashion branding is another convincing setting. On event graphics or merchandise, the lettering can function as a custom typographic emblem rather than neutral text.
