Hektor Light Font

Hektor Light by Michael Schinköthe of Greatmade is a free decorative display font with extremely tall, narrow lettering and a refined fashion-editorial air. Long straight strokes meet broad, spare curves, creating unusual silhouettes without ornament. The changing line weight is especially striking.

Fashion mastheads are its strongest use, since the compressed proportions and dramatic curves turn a nameplate into a graphic device suited equally to poster titles and cosmetics packaging. In event branding and album artwork, the letters can become part of the image itself, forming a vertical pattern or architectural frame rather than serving as neutral text.
